The next batch of tile request orders/returns (received on/after December 14, 2024) will be processed/shipped on/after January 18, 2025.
mahjongtiles™ accepts orders from and delivers orders to customers worldwide using the United States Postal Service (USPS) as it’s primary shipper.
1. Shipping to USA addresses
Unless otherwise stated, shipping cost to USA addresses (including APOs and FPOs) is a $5.00 flat rate.
For orders that include nail decals, mahjongtilestickers™ and/or replacementstickers™only (no mahjong tiles or other non-sticker items), shipping costs to USA addresses (including APOs and FPOs) are included in the price.
Shipping via USPS to USA addresses is usually through USPS First-Class Mail®, USPS Ground Advantage™ with USPS Tracking™, or USPS Priority Mail®.
Orders of $100 or more are shipped via USPS Priority Mail® which includes USPS Insurance. USPS Insurance provides coverage against loss or damage up to $5,000 for Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, First-Class Mail, USPS Retail Ground and Media Mail. Items may not be insured for more than their value. The amount of insurance coverage for loss is the actual value, less depreciation. No claim payments are made for sentimental losses or for any expenses incurred as a result of the loss. Customers are responsible for making all insurance claims with the USPS.
You will be notified via email if an alternate shipping company is used to deliver your item(s).
If you live in Honolulu, HI and would like to arrange for in-person pick-up, please leave a comment during checkout. Once arrangements for in-person pick up are finalized, we will refund any shipping fees.
2. Shipping to non-USA addresses
Shipping costs to non-USA addresses will be calculated based on the non-USA address customer’s choice of USPS First-Class Package International Service™ or USPS Priority Mail International® Flat Rate service. Insurance and indemnity are not available.
The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import/custom/tariff/taxes/fees imposed by their country/location.

3. USPS or other carrier delivery times
Delivery times listed by the USPS or alternate shipping companies are estimates only. We are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
4. Product Description
mahjongtiles™ makes every effort to display—as accurately as possible—the description of our products that appear on our website. All product descriptions appearing on the mahjongtiles™ website are attempted to be as accurate as possible. However, mahjongtiles™ does not warrant that any product descriptions are accurate, complete, current, or error free. If a product delivered by mahjongtiles™ is not as described/as depicted on our website and/or is not of your choice, your sole remedy is to return it to mahjongtiles™ in original/unaltered/undamaged condition. Returns must shipped be within 14 days of receipt (based on USPS Tracking™, or similar delivery tracking date), for a prompt and courteous refund of your purchase price, less the actual shipping and handling costs to ship the order to you. We are unable to accept returns of products that are altered or modified in any way by the customer.
5. Returns
If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with...RETURN IT within 30 days of receipt (based on USPS Tracking™, or similar delivery tracking date) for a full refund of merchandise cost (you pay only the return shipping costs--original shipping cost is not refundable). Items returned 31 days or more after receipt are not eligible for refund. All returns must be sent to us freight/shipping prepaid. Any “postage due” or similar charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Please use the “Returns” link listed under “Customer Service” for a "Return Goods Authorization" (RGA) and return instructions. We are unable to accept returns of products that are altered or modified in any way by the customer.
